2. Accuracy of Site Information & Sizing Conversion Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, millimeter footbed measurements, US/AU/EU sizing charts, and pricing. Footwear Sizing Notice: Foot anatomies and widths (narrow, standard, wide) vary considerably; customers are strongly advised to measure heel-to-toe foot length against our size tables before selecting a size. Nio Sole reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Non-Medical Podiatric Wellness Disclaimer

Comfort & Wellness Notice: Nio Sole footwear and over-the-counter arch support insoles are non-prescription comfort products designed to provide cushioning, shock absorption, and lifestyle arch support. They are not custom prescription orthotics, medical prosthetics, or clinical orthopedic treatments and are not intended to cure plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, Morton's neuroma, or structural foot deformities. Customers with chronic foot pain, diabetic neuropathy, or severe gait imbalances should consult a licensed podiatrist or orthopedic physician. Nio Sole is not liable for slips, falls, twisted ankles, or lingering musculoskeletal discomfort resulting from pre-existing podiatric conditions or choosing an improper shoe size.
